Privacy Policy
This privacy summary explains the main categories of information UploadPack uses, why they are needed and the controls available to users. The complete Privacy Policy displayed in the application governs the service.
Account and service information
UploadPack processes information required to create and secure an account, deliver the selected plan, save channel memory, store opportunities and Packs, provide support and prevent abuse. Passwords are stored as hashes rather than readable text. Billing is handled through the configured payment provider, and UploadPack should not receive full payment-card details.
Optional Google and YouTube data
When a user explicitly connects YouTube, UploadPack uses Google OAuth-verified read-only permissions to identify the authorised channel and retrieve selected non-monetary analytics reports and validated daily bulk activity reports. The connection does not permit UploadPack to upload, edit or delete videos. OAuth tokens are security credentials and are not included in AI prompts. Connected data is used to provide channel context and can be disconnected or revoked by the user.
AI and research processing
Creator prompts, saved channel context, supplied materials and relevant research inputs may be sent to configured AI services to generate the requested planning output. The system should send only the information required for the task. Users should avoid supplying unnecessary personal or confidential information and must have the right to use any third-party material they provide.
Retention, deletion and security
Information is retained while needed to provide the account, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and prevent fraud. Permanent account deletion removes account content subject to limited records that must be kept for legal, billing or abuse-prevention purposes. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but UploadPack applies authentication, access controls, rate limits and other measures appropriate to the service.
User choices and rights
Users can edit saved context, disconnect YouTube, revoke Google access, request support and permanently delete an account through the available controls. Depending on applicable law, users may also have rights to access, correct, restrict or object to processing and request a copy or deletion of personal information. Requests can be sent to hello@uploadpack.io.
